Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish, born 7 August 1982 in Australia and is an actor. Cornish is most well-known for her films roles, including Heidi in the film Somersault (2004). She also played Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) and for her role with director Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) as well as Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). Cornish has won the first Screen Actors Guild Award in the cast of the film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, star of Adventureland 2009 and many other movies was her father. Ann McDonough was her mother. Betty Gilpin's parents were incredibly supportive as they encouraged her pursue a career as an actor. Fordham College became her choice for college, as it gave her the opportunity to learn and improve the skills needed to become a professional actor. Gilpin auditioned and began performing off-Broadway plays following her graduation. She landed a guest spot in NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001-2011) and then followed by small parts for the films Ghost Town (2008) and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin was able to land TV guest appearances throughout the years. Her breakthrough came in 2013 when she was picked to be the main character in the series Nurse Jackie. Gilpin's character, Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin, played in 34 episodes on Nurse Jackie before the show was cancelled on June 15th, the 15th of June, 2015. Gilpin was also featured in True Story (2015), the thriller mystery.
