Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actress. Cornish is best known for her performances in films like Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) as well as Sarah and Geostorm (2017). For the latter Cornish won her first Screen Actors Guild Award as part of the cast. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. The father of her was Jack Gilpin star of such films such as Adventureland (2009) and her mother is Ann McDonough of The Mothman Prophecies (2002) as well as other films. Betty Gilpin chose to act because her parents supported and loved her. Fordham College is where Betty Gilpin learned to be an actor. Gilpin began acting Off-Broadway while she was auditioning for film and TV roles. The actress was invited to guest star on the NBC show Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001-2011) and then followed by small parts in Ghost Town (2008) and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin gained a lot of TV knowledge in the next seasons, mostly through the roles of guest stars. The actress finally received her big break with Nurse Jackie's role as a regular on the show in the year 2013. Gilpin's character, the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin, was featured in 34 episodes of Nurse Jackie prior to the show's finale. was cancelled on June 15th, the 15th of June, 2015. Gilpin starred in True Story (2015) the following year.
